My Approach
The approach I offer is to use my knowledge, experience and skills within healthcare to assist in the further development and design of professionals and services.
My company has been in operation for many years working with healthcare professionals to improve their services or improve their employment opportunities.
My ‘lived experience’ of almost 4 decades in all areas of healthcare has enabled me to create service design to meet the population and professional needs. This ability has been acknowledged within policy, service, operational and educational forums.
My career has ranged across many vistas of healthcare in the role of professional nurse, midwife, community and public health nurse, policy maker, manager, leader, corporate, academia and other specialities.
This includes acute and community settings both in Ireland and the UK. Having worked across these settings I am well placed to design services within the structures of the current health services.

My approach empowers and supports nurses, midwives and other professionals to look at their careers within the context of the healthcare systems. I offer coaching for nurses and midwives looking to plan their careers, with much success in the preparation of curriculum vitae and interview preparation. My skills and talents are accessed nationally and internationally.
